Another Founder Member of the Group, Emily is the Managing Director of Kensington Labuan. Her credentials include professional qualification as a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional from The Chartered Governance Institute, UK (ICSA); an associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA); and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Malaysia Branch.
Emily began her career with KPMG in Malaysia, and work in the commercial world before joining an established Trust Company in Labuan, where she helped to develop the trust and fiduciary solutions and corporate services which Labuan IBFC has to offer. In all, Emily has more than 20 years of experience in the trust and fiduciary industry.
Emily is also an approved Trust Officer under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act, 2010.
Josephine Kwan

Josephine started her career as an external auditor in Ernst & Young where she received her professional training before embarking into the Labuan trust and fiduciary industry. She was one of the key personnel who helped build and develop the corporate secretarial and administration processes of one of the international trust company in Labuan before joining Kensington Trust Labuan as one of the pioneer staff and founding member . She also trained and headed teams of administrators whilst carrying the role of a relationship manager in handling major clients. She has more than 16 years of experience in the trust and fiduciary industry.
Josephine is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (C.A). She is also an approved Trust Officer under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act, 2010.
Amy Wong

Amy started her career as a legal assistant in one of the local legal firm before embarking into the Labuan trust and fiduciary industry. In 1997, she joined an international trust organisation where she was the sole employee handling clients accounting matters. Over the subsequent period of 24 years, she developed the department into various teams, where each team specialised and focused on specific portfolio of clients, in delivering accounting reports and liaison with various auditors and tax agents. She joins Kensington Trust Labuan as one of the pioneer staff and founding member, taking charge and instrumental in expanding the Client Accounting Department’s services to both Labuan and offshore clients.
She also participated in the automation of accounting systems and processes. Amy oversees the accounting, payroll and trade support matters for a pool of international clients.
