Our Strategic Alliance
We have always taken great care when choosing our strategic partners, so that we can be certain our core values are aligned.
This was very much the case with JTC and our formal alliance is built upon a founding charter principle that sets out five fundamental shared values of loyalty, honour, respect, transparency and integrity.
The charter’s other specification is to foster a family environment universally across our combined business.
Our founding charter was established in 2013 to expand our global network and meet the demands of our international clients, particularly in Europe and the Americas. It has since been followed up with continued investment by JTC, leading to the creation of JTC Kensington.
JTC is an independent, award-winning provider of private wealth, corporate and fund services to institutional and private clients.
Established in 1987, it has a global presence with around 600 people and assets under administration of c.US$85 billion.
JTC’s independence and shared ownership culture means its employees share the same priority: the best interests of our clients.
