Mandy is a personable individual with strong interpersonal skills to work in a team and has self-determined learning motivation.
She has completed her degree in Bachelor of Information Technology E-Commerce from University of Malaysia Sabah and was awarded the Bronze Award for Overall Best Student 2013. She is a qualified Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional of The Chartered Governance Institute, UK (ICSA) and an associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA).
She is the Associate Director, who manages secretarial and trust administrations work, meeting with prospects and develop business opportunities for the organisation. In her eight years of experience with Kensington trust Group, she has handled various incorporation and registration of Labuan and Malaysia entities, and liaised with client on administration of the entities, including participating in implementation of clients’ structures.

Yih Shan is the Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager of Kensington Corporate Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. She has more than 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial field and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Administration from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC).
She is an Associate Member of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and holds the Practicing Certificate issued by the Registrar of Malaysia, Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
