Serena has over 17 years’ experience in helping individuals and families to set up global holding structures for asset protection, family and business succession planning to achieve the specific personal and family goals by using offshore trusts or appropriate structures for the implementation of such planning. She also has extensive experience in the maintenance of offshore trusts and their underlying assets.
Prior to joining Kensington Hong Kong, Serena worked as an Associate Director in Ogier to develop their fiduciary and trust services. Before that she was a General Manager in Corporate Services at Equity Trust focusing on helping clients to explore opportunities both into, and out of, China and across Asia. Prior to that, she worked for KPMG as an auditor for 6 years.
Serena received her degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting at the University of Salford. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Gloria joined Kensington Hong Kong in October 2013. She has been working in the offshore incorporations industry for more than 7 years and company secretarial field for over 10 years. She has accumulated extensive experience in these industries. She also gained her experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms for 10 years.
She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
