Singapore-PDPC Update-Don’t use NRIC Numbers for Authentication

On 26 June 2025, the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and Cyber Security Agency (CSA) issued a Joint Advisory Against Using NRIC Numbers for Authentication, where guidance was provided to private organisations to stop the use of individuals’ National Registered Identification Card (NRIC) numbers for authentication purpose.

We wish to inform that Kensington Corporate Management (S) Pte Ltd and Kensington Trust Singapore Limited do not use NRIC numbers for authentication purposes.
