MALAYSIA – Movement Control Order - (Archive)

To our valued clients and business partners

Following the announcement by the Malaysian Prime Minister on 16th March 2020, the Government of Malaysia has decided to implement a “Movement Control Order” under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967 with effect from 18th March to 31st March 2020.

In view of the above, we wish to inform you that JTC Kensington offices in Malaysia will fully comply with this Movement Control Order, as we place the wellbeing of our people and our clients in our minds and hearts. Given the situation at hand, our offices in Malaysia, Labuan and Kuala Lumpur will therefore not be opened during this period.

However, we are pleased to inform you that our Business Continuity Plan will be activated as our key personnel will work from home. During this period, we will do our utmost best to respond to your queries and concerns though we seek your kind understanding that our response may be slower at times.

We will continue to monitor the situation as we progress through this period, and we will update you if there is any major change which may affect our service delivery to you. We also continue to maintain our focus and support (where possible) as we navigate through these unique times.

In the meantime, we wish you Good Health and please stay Safe.
