[Your Role & Responsibilities]
Business Development
- Support the Director, Head of Client Relationship in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the high-net-worth, tax, legal, private bank, and financial services sectors
- Assist the Director, Head of Client Relationship in all aspects of client service and administrative support
- Support projects around company initiatives on business development
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, with a focus on promoting the company’s trust and fiduciary business
- Prepare presentation decks and marketing material for client presentation
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for existing clients, leveraging the company’s full suite of services, including trustee and corporate services
- Serve as the primary client-facing representative for ongoing support to intermediaries, addressing day-to-day inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships
Onboarding
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver on client requests and ensure excellent client experience when onboarding clients or intermediaries
- Work closely with compliance on onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed efficiently
[What We Are Looking For]
[Education]
- Diploma in any related field
[Skills & Experience]
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial services sector in the roles of either business development, client service roles, onboarding, or similar
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior position, compensation will commensurate accordingly with relevant experience in the role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English, and Mandarin will be a bonus
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills, pro-active team player and able to work independently
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client cases and business development initiatives simultaneously
- Highly proactive and diligent in follow up and follow through, with a client-centric mentality
- General sense of risk awareness. Risk conscious with emphasis on sensitive data sharing
- Experience and understanding of trust structures, fiduciary duties, and corporate governance is a bonus (but not mandatory)
