We are looking for a Senior Manager, Trust Services, who is driven and passionate about delivering exceptional service and value to our valued clients.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Trust with people management experience and possess a growth mindset.
[Your Role & Responsibilities]
- Manage a portfolio of trust accounts, ensuring compliance with the terms of the trust documents, legal requirements, and fiduciary duties
- Acts as a primary point of contact for trust clients and ensures transparency in trust administration by providing high-quality customer service to clients, building strong relationships, and addressing their inquiries
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day administration of trust accounts
- Carry out periodic reviews of assigned trust portfolios to ensure proper administration and identify potential risks
- Maintaining accurate and updated trust records
- Ability to draft and review trustee minutes, resolutions, or any trust related documents.
- Collaborate with professional advisors, investment managers and banks in the management of the assets of the trusts and foundations
- To assist the Head of Department in mentoring and guiding the junior trust administrators
- Debtor management and Client data system management
[What We Are Looking For]
[Education]
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, finance, accounting, or relevant field
[Skills & Experience]
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Trust Administration with supervisory experience
- Solid understanding of relevant trust laws and regulations related to trusts, estate planning, taxation, and fiduciary responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a discreet and utmost confidentiality with high ethical standards to protect clients’ data
- STEP qualification will be an added advantage
