The Role:
Be a part of the Corporate Secretarial team that acts as key contact point for clients to/for assist and resolve clients’ issues. The Corporate Secretarial Assistant will work closely with and assist the Corporate Secretarial Head(s) in ensuring smooth daily operation and administration of the corporate secretarial activities within the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager/Supervisor in handling a portfolio of clients, including liaising with auditors
- Prepare Directors’ and Shareholders’ resolutions
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, manage filing deadlines of AGM and Annual Return documents, and advise clients on compliance requirements
- Assist in filing with ACRA and IRAS e-stamping
- Perform Customer Due Diligence checks, following established company procedures
- Update and maintain the statutory registers and clients’ records in Viewpoint
It is intended to describe the general content of, and requirements for the performance of this role, and as such this role may include the undertaking of additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
What we are looking for:
- Diploma or equivalent; Corporate Secretarial qualifications preferred
- 1-2 years’ corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry; Incumbent with more work relevant experiences in corporate secretarial work may be considered for a senior role
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office Skills and familiar with Corporate Secretarial software such as Viewpoint and BizFile is an advantage
