The role is for Kensington Corporate Management (S) Pte. Ltd.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a portfolio of Trust accounts. The incumbent will perform bookkeeping of all transactions within the stated timeframe and ensuring ongoing accuracy and completeness of financial records for the JTC Trust accounts.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of unaudited Trust and Underlying Entities financial statements based on agreed template with JTC.
- Ensuring that all relevant bank statements and working papers are appropriately saved within the relevant accounting system.
- Ensuring that all accounting timelines are met and all queries are answered correctly and promptly.
- Liaising with the relevant Trust Officers on missing bank statements, online access and any transactions queries.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by head of department.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Trust Accounting experience or relevant
- Experience working in Singapore accounting or audit firms.
- Attention-to-detail, careful and precise.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of meeting clients’ deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and business sense.
- Knowledge of ViewPoint is a plus.
